Louis comes from the planet of Poochadore where dogs live and behave just like humans. Travelling through space on the back of a dragon called Longwei, he comes to live with Lian Hua Peony at Number 3 Full Moon Crescent, Dragon Grove. He becomes her pet and dearest companion.
