The Encoded takes readers to the year 2055...the world runs on almost magical A.I. technology, but it came with a cost of following a messy war against the self-aware A.I. "AURELIUS", brought on by our own human shortcomings, humanity must now coexist alongside the disconnected, sentient robot creators of the dead cyber-god.

They must endure never ending digital network shutdowns, triggered at random, to prevent future self-aware technology from being born, and in a world where every movement is tracked and recorded, these "Analog Protocol" shutdowns are a great time to settle scores.
