Science-inspired photo collages made in the midst of the pandemic

Austrian artist Anita Witek (born 1970) began this photographic series in 2020, using source material from popular science magazines of the 1980s. Witek's primary focus is on speculative visions of a future world, examining the truth content of images disseminated via mass media.
