The monkey king orders all monkeys to climb up to the top of the mountain, and help the littlest monkey pick the moon from the sky. The little monkey tries hard but cannot reach it. Then the king orders them to scoop the moon from a pool below the cliff. The little monkey reaches into the water to scoop up the shining moon, but all he gets is a few drops of water.
