Aunt Louise visits twice a year,

always dressed,

in shoes, bag, and hat to match.

And every time she visits,

she brings the girls,

a very special snack.

But this time she has forgotten it,

or to the girls,

it so seems.

They wonder if they'll miss the pleasure,

of eating treats,

of which they've dreamed.
