The book covers the history of the development of airworthiness from the earliest days of aviation to the modern day. An appendix provides examples to such feedback, as well as missed opportunities. The study discusses some recent issues with some recent airplane models and shows how some programs have dramatically improved safety and some have fallen short because of some programmatic decisions.
