The international profile of Chinese fashion is on the rise. In recent years, a newfound creative confidence has taken root in the Chinese fashion industry, driven by a generation of designers keen to make their mark at home and abroad. Fashion China is the first illustrated book to survey this creative surge, showcasing the work of forty-one outstanding contemporary designers and labels.

Led by author Gemma A. Williams, a panel of industry experts including supermodel Liu Wen, stylist Lucia Liu, photographer Chen Man and editor Karchun Leung have used their unique industry expertise to curate the work of the featured designers.
