A resident of Cornwall, Vermont, she is also the author of Punch Needle Rug Hooking and Hooked Rugs Today. Cynthia McAdoo has been photographing hooked rugs for over twenty-five years. She has also designed and hooked rugs for her family business, McAdoo Rugs, of North Bennington, Vermont.
