When a group of power brokers devise a plan to overthrow a city in Northern Mexico in order to take advantage of the country's rich oil reserves, the very fate of the country's authenticity lies in the hands of Jim Kreeger.

A tough and shrewd CIA agent with a strictly business attitude, Kreeger uncovers the plan devised by Texas-based wildcatters and begins to defuse their efforts immediately.
