The resource book suggests ways in which the 'My Story' novels can be used in the classroom, mainly for history and English subjects. The approach is broad and is not geared towards any one set of curriculum requirements. The blackline masters and activities are aimed at various levels of involvement and difficulty. Some are intended to be quick and easy, while others will take more than one class session to plan and complete. While different blackline masters are provided for each of the novels, many of them may be adapted for the other novels in the series.
