In the town of Holloman, Connecticut, a killer is lurking. When mutilated body parts are found at a prestigious research facility, known by its staff simply as Hug, Lieutenant Carmine Delmonico is called in to take the case. It isn't long until Delmonico learns of several other murders in the state that all seem to follow the same pattern. When another corpse shows up at Hug, Delmonico has no choice but to make the medical staff of the research center his prime suspects. It's the case of his career but the question remains: how do you stop a monster that leaves no clues and is always two steps ahead?
