Description - The Inbetween Years by Louise Murray

Cassie is a young mother in a midlife crisis who has recently been widowed, leaving her with four young adults to oversee. Their lifestyle changes drastically, and the things they go through lead them through a myriad of almost impossible feats. Cassie, now being the captain of the crew, has to learn almost overnight how to steer and guide her crew to safe ports. The youngsters adjust gradually to the loss of their father and somehow learn and grab whole to the leadership of their mother, thereby making life for all of them a learning experience they will never forget.

Along with this crew are the three women who are deeply enrooted into their lives. Sylvia, Cassie's oldest sister, Tess, their cousin, and Janet, Cassie's lifelong friend make up what they call the weekend circle. The women have enjoyed, throughout their young life, the circle that keeps them from the psychiatrist and the hoard of men that they might have felt the need for. Each woman has her story and as they gather on weekends, they tell their story.

Tess loves men, Sylvia is on the rebound, and Janet, well, Janet has a man, but she has her eyes on her boss, Chandler. Each girl has a story. Gather with them and enjoy their stories about life.

And Cassie? Cassie is on the mend. She has a new beau she's breaking in. Will it last? What will Cassie's story be? Tune in!
