Excerpt from The Protestant Exiles of Zillerthal: Their Persecutions and Expatriation From the Tyrol, on Separating From the Romish Church and Embracing the Reformed Faith

The substance of the following narrative, drawn up by Dr. Rheinwald, of Berlin, was first commu micated to the Repertory for Theological Litera ture and Ecclesiastical Statistics, e a periodical of which he is the editor. It was afterwards en larged and published in a separate form, the fourth edition of which has been used for the present translation.

The subject to which it relates was, I believe, first introduced to the English public by the Rev.
