tibits is a growing chain of restaurants in Germany, Switzerland and London dedicated to delicious and fresh vegetarian and vegan buffet ( Hiltl and tibits are united by the desire to explore and expand vegetarian and vegan cooking and create healthy and tasty meals for every opportunity. Together the two have produced their first purely vegan cookbook, featuring recipes from both restaurants.
